Who We're Looking For:

To take Soource to the next level, we're looking for a Product Manager who’s ready to shape the future of our platform. This is a founding leadership role with direct impact on our product, team, and trajectory. You'll work closely with the CEO, CTO, Engineering, Design, and Go-To-Market teams to define and execute a product strategy that scales with ambition.

If you've built and grown B2B SaaS or AI products before, love working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments, and want to make your mark—this might be your next big move.

You’re a great fit for this role if you have…

• 7+ years in product leadership, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI-driven tech
• Proven track record of shipping successful products in startup or scaleup settings
• Technical background or strong fluency in working with engineering teams
• Strategic thinker with a bias for execution and speed
• Experience operating in high-ambiguity, fast-growth, early-stage environments
• Deep customer empathy: you're obsessed with solving real problems, not just building features
• Team builder and cross-functional leader with strong communication skills

Bonus Points For:

• Experience building AI/ML products or developer platforms
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS (security, compliance, procurement)
• Been through the ride from Seed/Series A to Series B+

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own the end-to-end product strategy, from discovery to launch to iteration
• Translate company vision into a clear, compelling, and scalable roadmap
• Partner with engineering for fast, focused execution without sacrificing quality
• Work hands-on with users and customers to deeply understand their pain points
